If any of this feels familiar, you're not alone

These changes are rearely talked about, but they are very common. A quiet conversation with one of our doctors is often the easiest first step.

Vaginal laxity

A feeling of looseness or reduced sensation, often after childbirth or with age.

Mild urinary leakage

Small leaks when you laugh, cough, sneeze or exercise (stress incontinence).

Dryness & discomfort

Dryness or discomfort that can come with hormonal changes and menopause.

Post-childbirth changes

Changes in tone and comfort following one or more deliveries.

Many women notice these changes and live with them quickly. You don't have to. There are gentle, non-surgical options worth understanding.

Non-surgical, by design

No cutting, no incisions and no general anaesthesia — an in-clinic laser treatment.

Around 10 minutes

A typical session takes around 10 minutes, with minimal downtime for most people.

Female doctors, always

Every assessment and treatment is carried out by our own female doctors, privately.

What is Fotona IntimaLase®?

Fotona IntimaLase® is a non-ablative Er:YAG laser treatment. It delivers gentle, controlled warmth to the tissue of the vaginal wall, which is intended to stimulate the body’s own collagen and support firmer, more resilient tissue over time.

Because it works without surgery, there are no incisions and no general anaesthesia. A companion protocol, IncontiLase®, focuses on the tissue that supports the urethra and may help with mild, stress-related urinary leakage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the treatment painful?
For most healthy adults, an annual health screening is advisable. The frequency may increase depending on age, family history, and existing medical conditions. Your Fusion Medical doctor will recommend an appropriate screening schedule for you during your consultation.

This varies from person to person. A doctor may suggest a small number of sessions spaced at least a month apart, based on your individual assessment.

Downtime is usually minimal, and many people return to their day soon after. Your doctor will give you specific aftercare advice.

Yes. Your consultation and treatment are private, and you’ll be seen by a female doctor in a discreet setting.
